As spring arrives in many parts of the US more pet parents are working from home, and spending more time with their four-legged family members, we've actually seen an increase in allergy testing & treatment orders. One veterinarian summed it up by saying, "given the economic uncertainty that currently exists, my clients want to know that what they are paying good money for is an actual solution, not just a band-aid for a week or a month."
In Arizona where Spectrum is based, veterinary care and all healthcare services provided to animals have been deemed "essential." Therefore, we continue to process allergy test and treatment (refill) orders, as well as provide support to current and prospective clinic partners.
We have also completed the first stage of our new clinic access portal. These online features allow clinics to have more visibility, control, and access to their accounts.

How & Where to Access:
You can easily access the new client access by clicking on the top right hand corner button titled New Clinic Access.
Please note: Prospective Clinics will not need to create an account in order to download order forms, generate prepaid FedEx labels, request supplies or make general inquiries. All Spectrum clinics must register on their first visit to the new clinic access. Your credentials for our previous clinic access did not transfer over to our new system.
